The Somali Engineers Association “SEA” is an engineers' organization that is non-profit and uninterested, and it is united by Somali engineers. The association was founded to elevate the country's engineers, improve their skills, and enhance their role in advancing and developing the nation.

The association's founding encountered various stages, some of which were characterized by challenging situations caused by security and economic difficulties in the country, and its goal is to unite and promote the professionalism and specialization of Somali engineers..
